- How can I book tickets online?
Click on "Contact us" on our website.
You could e-mail us and let us know what tickets you want to buy.
We'll e-mail you a credit card charge authorization form to be signed
and faxed back.
- What are the payment methods?
Most airlines take mojor
credit cards like Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. Us
Carriers also accept Discover and Diner's Club cards. In case that
the airline or the ticket type require non-credit card payment,
you will be asked to send us a cashier's check or money order, which
can be purchaged in the Post Office. Personal check is not accepted.
Wire transfer is accepted free of charge on our side.
- How long can my reservation be held?
It depends on the airlines and fare
types. Some airlines allow holding reservations for two weeks before
ticketing and some allow for 7 days. Some ticketing deadline could
be shorter. Fares are not guaranteed until ticketed since airlines
require us to use the fares at ticketing time.
- What is the change penalty and refund
policy?
Most of our discount tickets have sever
penalty imposed by airlines for cancellation or change of outbound
departure date. The penalty is in the $150 to $250 range. Sales
fares are non-refundable. However, trip cancellation protection
insurance is available for a nominal fee, such as $75 for a typical
discount ticket.
- Do I need to reconfirm before traveling?
Yes. You need to call the airlines
72 hours beforre departure of each international flight to reconfirm
your seats. You need to do so before your return trip as well. We
will provide you the airline phone numbers on your itinerary.
